José Padilla to headline Pacifique Waikiki! 24.11.2011
This year's Pacifique will be headlined by the legendary José Padilla, the godfather of Balearic Ibiza chilloutt and
the creator of Café del Mar compliations. José is one of the architects of the Ibizan chill-out music phenomenon.
With his DJ sets at the celebrated Café Del Mar and subsequent series of compilations, Padilla created a sunset sound
from a diverse mixture of mellow downtempo beats, dubbed-out grooves and heartbeat disco. Each summer, a new flock of
dance compilations stake claim to be 'the real Ibiza'. But, if any one deserves that accolade, it is the celebrated
Café del Mar series compiled by José Padilla.After Alfredo and Danny Rampling and Chris Coco he is the perfect continuum
for the Pacifique's string of legendary balearic headliners.

Ticket sale starts 01.12! 24.11.2011
Regular and Deluxe tickets for the Pacifique Waikiki will go on sale 1st of December 10.00. Tickets will be available from Tiketti and
UU Store, Kluuvi, Helsinki. There is a purchase limit of 8 tickets/person for Friday and 4 tickets/person for Saturday.
Pacifique tickets include full access to the water park, all pools, all slides and all arenas. Past Pacifique events have
all been fully sold out in advance so buy your ticket in advance for guaranteed entry. Say no to hawkers and buy your tickets
only from the authorized dealers to avoid counterfeits. See you in March!
