Bus from Helsinki:
Shuttle bus transport drives from Kiasma to Serena 18.00 and 19.00 and back from Serena to Kiasma 01.30 & 02.30. Bus tickets can be bought from Tiketti for the price of 10€ (including booking fee 1,7€) / one way.

Dresscode
The temperature inside the water park is tropical 32°c. We highly, recommend to take your swim wear and beach toys with you. Dress like it's the hottest day of the summer!

Swimwear & shoes:
Take your own towel, swimwear, water toys and sandals with you. Shoes are not allowed in the pool area. Please note that swimming is only allowed with proper swimwear or shorts.

Arrive early & leave safely:
We recommend you to arrive early for smoothest possible entry. Please make sure that you also have a transportation back home. Serena is literally in the middle of nowhere.

Bars & Drink tokens:
The bars only accept tokens that can be purchased from the token cashier. The cashier accepts cash, debit cards and credit cards. Token system makes sure you'll get your drinks and refreshments faster and you don't have to carry cash with you in the pools.

Lockers & Cloakroom:
Lockers are available in the dressing rooms. Please share a locker with your friends whenever possible! If lockers are full or you are not using the pools you can leave your belongings to the seperate cloakroom (2€).

Money:
Unfortunately Serena does not have any ATM-machines and the closest one is located 7 km away. Please reserve enough cash for the whole evening's needs. The token cashier accept all the usual credit and debit cards.

Safety:
Professional lifeguards and security personnel will make sure that at this event safety is the first priority. Please use the pools and water slides only if you are a good swimmer. Take care of your friends and move carefully on the slippery floors.

Glass objects:
No bottles or glass objects are allowed to be taken inside the venue.

Smoking:
Smoking area is provided outside the venue. It may be cold!

Water pistols:
Please don't bring and use any water pistols due to electric safety.

Photography & press:
